Spring Valley Ski Hill

 

The Spring Valley Ski Hill is a most popular facility in Caspian throughout the year. The chalet can be rented at any time for a modest fee. It is perfect for birthday and/or retirement parties, showers, and just about any type of small or large social gathering. Anyone interested in renting the ski chalet should contact the Caspian City hall at (906)265-2514 or email rfrighetto@caspiancity.org.

During the winter months, one level of the chalet is used as a warm up and refreshment facility for those who use our skiing facilities. An electronic lift is also provided to take riders to the top of the hills. The ski hill is open on weekends only from noon to 5 p.m. during the winter months, beginning December 31st, weather permitting. Interested parties should feel free to contact the Caspian City hall at (906) 265-2514 for weather conditions and updates for the ski hill.

THE SPRING VALLEY SKI AND TUBING HILL IS SCHEDULED TO OPEN ON DECEMBER 26, 2006, WEATHER PERMITTING, FROM NOON to 5 P.M. THE SKI HILL WILL BE OPEN UNTIL, AT LEAST, MARCH 31, 2006. THE SKI CHALET CAN ALSO BE RENTED ON ANY GIVEN DATE OF THE YEAR FOR ONLY $50.00 PER DAY. THE CHALET IS A PERFECT FACILITY FOR GRADUATION, RETIREMENT OR BIRTHDAY PARTIES AND THE LIKE. LIFT TICKETS WILL BE PRICED AT $4.00 PER ADULT, $2.00 PER STUDENT, PER DAY. HILL USE ONLY TICKETS WILL BE $2.00 PER ADULT, $1.00 PER STUDENT, PER DAY.
