CASPIAN RESIDENTS SPRING CLEAN UP

You must have a Caspian water bill or piece of mail to prove you are a Caspian resident with a picture ID. GFL will be in the Caspian City Hall parking lot starting at 8am until 12 noon, or until the truck is full. A list of items they will and will not accept is posted here.
Any remaining violation of the Blight Ordinance after a notice of violation has been mailed to the property owner and 15 days have passed shall result in a municipal civil infraction ticket with an initial fine in the amount of $500.00. All subsequent infractions for the same violation within 6 months of the mailed notice shall carry an additional $500.00 fine. In addition to said fines, the violator shall pay the actual costs incurred by the City for enforcement, including investigation, overhead, time, mileage and actual attorney fees.The City may also issue an Order enjoining further violations and as necessary obtain injunction relief from State Court.
